1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on Alano DT 8, accessing the platform through a web browser or the mobile app, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form the entire agreement between you and Alano DT 8 regarding your use of the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not proceed with registration or continue using the platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use Alano DT 8 you must meet the following requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must be registering on your own behalf, using your own payment methods and identity.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended account on the platform.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where your use of the platform is prohibited under local law. It is your responsibility to verify this.

3. Account Registration and Management

When you register an account on Alano DT 8, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. Providing false information at registration is a violation of these terms.

Each player is permitted to hold only one account. If you have forgotten your login details, use the account recovery option on the login page. Do not create a second account — duplicate accounts are treated as a violation of fair play rules regardless of the reason they were created.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your username or password with any other person. Alano DT 8 will never ask you for your full password via any communication channel.

• Account details including name, date of birth, and identity documents cannot be changed freely — contact support if a correction is required.
• Your registered email address is the primary communication channel for account notices, transaction confirmations, and security alerts.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on Alano DT 8 are conducted in PKR. The platform does not apply a hidden base currency — your balance, deposits, withdrawals, and winnings are all calculated and displayed in PKR at all times.

Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards, and mobile wallets. Availability of specific methods may change and is displayed at the point of transaction.

• Deposits must be made from a payment method that belongs to you. Using another person's payment account is not permitted.

Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount — or in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount — must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means PKR 20,000 in eligible bets must be placed before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.

• Only one welcome bonus or sign-up offer applies per player, per household, and per payment method. Attempting to claim new-player bonuses through duplicate accounts will result in all bonuses being voided.

• In the event of a technical error or disconnection during a game round, the round outcome is determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection. Interrupted rounds are not automatically replayed.

• Bets placed are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled or amended after it has been accepted by the system, except where a cash-out option is explicitly available for that market.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined, bets on that event are voided and stakes are returned to your balance.
• In-play odds change rapidly. The odds displayed at the moment you submit a bet request may differ from those accepted if there is a delay between your submission and system acceptance. You will be shown the accepted odds before the bet is finalised.
• Alano DT 8 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a clear error in the offered odds has occurred — for example, odds that are obviously incorrect due to a data feed error.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per market apply and are displayed within the betting interface. Bets placed that would exceed these limits are accepted at the maximum payout, not rejected.
• Accumulator and parlay bets are settled once all legs are confirmed. If one leg is voided, the accumulator is recalculated without that leg rather than being voided entirely, unless platform rules for that specific market state otherwise.

8. Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

The integrity of the platform depends on all players engaging in good faith. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, balance review, and possible permanent closure:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any system designed to place bets or interact with games without direct human input.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes, including coordinated play in live poker or multi-player games.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or calculation errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through a known or suspected technical error are subject to review and may be voided.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, or assisting others in doing so.
• Placing bets on both sides of the same market using separate accounts — commonly called matched betting or arbing — where the intent is to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome through bonus exploitation.

9. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. Alano DT 8 provides optional two-factor authentication, login activity logs, and withdrawal verification features — all available from your account security settings. We strongly recommend enabling these features.

• Do not use the same password for Alano DT 8 as you use for email, banking, or other sensitive accounts.

Where closure is due to a player request or self-exclusion, the verified remaining balance is returned to the player's registered payment method after standard identity checks are completed.

12. Limitation of Liability
